16kb page size support on Android

Google Play Console now requires 16kb page size support for all new submissions. I am currently patching the library to circumvent this, but it seems like it introduces a performance hit.

Here's my patch:

We do support 16kb page size.

The solution here is to upgrade the version of NDK used for build.
