Make red fighters in red background

Enhancement:

Red fighters/teams should have a light red background. This will make it easier to see from far away who should fight and which color. Maybe also Auto-capitalize names in fights view? (to make them more readable)

It is not difficult to put a red background. Still, I am not sure about the final design. I am not a good designer, but maybe we can remark the red team in some way. If we think that the red ribbon is not enough. I will think about it.

It is interesting how answering the issue (629) gives me a solution for this:

I was reluctant on putting a red background on the competitor's name, as make it hard to read. But on the previous design they are using the team name to set the red color. So I can have a similar approach.

I am not so convinced now about my previously proposed solution. It takes lot of room on the screen.
