Add github repos

to
https://github.com/softwareunderground/open_geosciene_code_projects_viz/blob/main/_explore/input_lists.json

As a first pass, do this manually.

Steps:

1. Fork this repo.
2. Add repos to the _explore/input_lists.json file in your fork.
3. Submit back pull request with explaination of your change.
4. Justin will merge the pull request
5. Justin will rerun the scripts that generate the metadata for all the repos and then push those changes into main branch and redeploy as Github Pages page.

I've only got the first 3 sections included so far. It was just a quick test. Now more are needed.

Ideally, there would be a script to do this instead of doing it by hand. But by hand is okay for now, just slow.

Just FYI that capitalization needs to be exact or it won't work.
