feat(shuffle): delete deprecated function

BREAKING CHANGE: The deprecated function
`shuffle` has been deleted. This function was
always out of scope for this package because it
is non-deterministic and therefore not
functionally pure. If you need a similar
function, use the package "array-shuffle"
instead.
