BMS Min/Max Better Explanation

From the README, it's not clear to me what the min and max BMS temperature sensors are actually measuring. Is it the current lowest/highest temperature of any cell inside the battery? Or is it the min/max temperature in a time interval, like a moving window?

It would be great if that could be clarified a bit more in the readme. If somebody can provide me with the information, I can also file a PR.

I have a main and an extension unit. Would be interesting if this also includes reading on the extension unit or not.
