Anchor v1 Release Date

Apologies if this was asked before, couldn't find it — what is the expected official release date for Anchor v1? I see the release candidate 1 was published on crates.io.

Is there any major breaking changes between 0.32.x and 1.0.0?

I am gonna make new project using anchor and I want to know is it safe and easily upgradable if I use 0.32.1 now.
