Cut inflation by 50%, immediately

There is general consensus that inflation is higher than it needs to be.

But after complicated proposals and much debate, no solution has been agreed upon.

Lets just cut inflation by 50%. The initial number was arbitrarily selected - we dont need a solution that requires a 30-page thesis.

One large cut is easier to understand and is beyond overdue.
