Epoch Fee as Pool SPL Token creates Liquidity Concerns

Currently, the stake pool distributes yield in the form of SPL pool tokens rather than directly in SOL. While this mechanism maintains proportional ownership of the pool, it introduces liquidity fragmentation and fee realization issues.

Is there any possibility to convert epoch fee as SOL directly without using DEX? Are there any future plans to implement same at stake-pool level?
