Add support for approveHash calldata logging

Some Gnosis Safe Multisig wallets are owned by other safe's. In order to generate calldata for these, the calldata must be wrapped one additional level to enable a safe to generate an approval signature for an action on another safe. See ERC1271 for more information.

We should allow users to log both calldata to propose as an EOA and propose a transaction as another multisig.
