Unit Test Calldata Generation #66
Description
Unit test the core logic that lifts out calldata by creating multiple proposals.
Create 5 multisig action files with between 5 and 20 actions each.
These should be unit tests and should not rely on state in already deployed contracts on other networks.
Test that calldata is correctly extracted from all 5 proposals, array length is correct, targets are correct, and so is the calldata.
