Use WriteJSON Cheatcode

foundry has a writeJSON cheatcode. This can be leveraged so that instead of needing to copy and paste addresses that are output on the terminal, the addresses can be written directly to their corresponding JSON file.

It makes sense to have a command that runs git add Addresses.json before executing the proposal. Or it could only allow the execution if there are no unstaged changes in git to prevent overwriting addresses and losing the old ones.

having hooks into git from the tooling itself other than linting is not the path I would take. seems like it could confuse users.

what if you want to do a dry run and test things? or you are running the proposal as a test? in these situations it makes most sense to either have an env var or have a way to detect if you are broadcasting or not, and only then write to the json file.
