[node board] don't use reset for initialization #2
Description
It takes ~65-70ms for the atmega88pa to boot and start accepting TWI messages.
It would be better to have each node boot in parallel and control whether or not they are listening to TWI based on a high/low signal. This way everything is ready to go and nodes can be initialized in a handful of ms.
