Move task to another project

A task may be created in the incorrect project. If there is time recorded onto it, it becomes non-trivial to move that tracking to a new project (as the time entries will need to be created. A feature that allows a task to be moved to a new project (while keeping time tracked to it) would solve this issue.

Just to be sure that you are not just creating this issue without knowing about the ability to mass update time entries, I'll explain how you can do this already now:

• Create the new task in the other project that you want to migrate to
• Go to "Reports -> Detailed" in the navigation on the left
• Filter the time entries so that you only see time entries for the old task and select a very long time range to include all tasks
• Click on "Select all"
• Click on "Edit" and select the new task and click Update
• If you have a lot of time entries you need to repeat this for every page, this will likely be changed in the future

I do understand that it would be easier the way you proposed, but I'll just wanted to know if you are aware of this feature.
