Show the task name in team activity entry on the dashboard if description is empty

Description

When a team member works on a task but does not use a description for time entry, it is unclear what task they work on.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start time entry, choosing a task from a project
2. Open a Dashboard
3. Look at Team Activity
