Self-hosted non-Docker instructions?

Hello! I'm excited to give this a try as it looks like it may finally be a good solution for time tracking.

Is there a guide for a non-Docker installation? I try to avoid using Docker on the server when possible. It looks like this is a PHP based application, so I imagine I could just create a new Apache virtual host and drop it in, then configure the database. Is that basically it or is there something further I should consider?
