Save and restore filter settings

Add the ability to save filter settings, either:

• In the URL so they can be easily shared or saved as bookmarks
• Natively in the app, saved reports kind of do that already, but a non-public report currently does not have any functionality (?)

My use-case basically is, that I need to report my time entries to an outside organisation once a week. Setting up the filters every time to get the relevant time entries is tedious.
