Add 'status' property to filter time entries

As described in my other feature request, so far there is no way of indicating the status of a timed entry, e.g. 'billed' or 'paid', so filtering and sharing only timed entries that have not been either billed or paid is rather difficult. I added tags named 'paid' and 'billed', but there is currently no way to add a tag to multiple entries at once, and then have a negative filter (show all entries that do not have tags 'billed' or 'paid').
So, for the sake of organisation and tidiness, an additional 'Status' property could help go a long way, alongside the option to apply an auto status (e.g. 'In Progress' or 'New') to new timed entries. If entries then have been billed, you could filter them away from shared reports, so customers can see exactly how many hours (and $$$) I have worked for them.
