Time entry metadata (long descriptions and attachments).

Allowing long descriptions (renaming / refactoring the current description to title) and attachments for time entries.

This would allow keeping track of notes and resources related to the time entries. For example, linking to an external resource in the description for the entry.

Implementation of this feature would also facilitate the ability for tracking expenses under some time entries (i.e. attaching receipts to any entry).
