Option to skip email verification

Hi solidtimers!

I've been trying to self-host solidtime on TrueNAS SCALE using the Docker example without Traefik. I'm almost done with the setup but I cannot create a user without setting up SMTP because it sends a verification email (tried with GUI and CLI).

I'm just using the instance for myself and no other users so it would be more convenient to disable the verification step.

Maybe it's already there and I missed the option. If not, could this be considered?
