Turncate Long Project Titles

Description

Really long project titles do not get turncated on the "Dashboard" and on the "Time" tab.

A simple truncate with "..." should solve this issue. But it should still be possible to view the whole project name when hovering over the lable.

On the "Projects" Tab this already works great!

Steps To Reproduce

1. add a new project with a really long name
2. go to Dashboard or Time and start tracking
