That's not been decided. Sometimes community members do it, sometimes maintainers. It's something we need to figure out pretty quick, though. Ideally we'd have sorted it by now.

Yes we are looking into making two PRs against the tw 4 branch next week

@jarednorman @tvdeyen we have decided to pull back from this as additional effort to maintain solidus does not make sense for us right now as we will there's no common understanding beyond maintainance right now.
