Some pets can obstruct view for Eight Ball and Chess

Specifically applicable to Koopa and Maxwell; they're able to get on top of these tables and stay there even though the Eject Trigger should be getting them off.

Steps to reproduce

1. Walk up to a table
2. Move in such a way that Koopa or Maxwell get on the table
3. View is obstructed

The pets will probably need to be updated with some logic in their MoveThink functions to avoid getting on the tables in the first place. This can happen after I've reviewed/merged Yamir's updates to the pets.
