CLEANUP: Bunch of old and/or unused items require removal to keep this project true to its core purpose

These include:

• Use of dns in docker-compose - this may produce unreliable results for some users and was added for testing #33
• Services that are part of the cicd-teamcity profile and the profile cicd-teamcity itself - Team City is not ARM compatible #34
• Use of the nexus-casc-plugin which ceased to work and is no longer actually used in this Project #35
