[marvell-arm64]: Update kernel patches for Linux 6.1.x (#352)
This patch ports the Marvell patches to bookworm kernel and updates the series file to remove upstreamed patches. Also the new order of patches is created in series file. Fixes sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#16865 Signed-off-by: Keshav Gupta <[email protected]>
