Maybe fix formatting in Info window History tab

The "Version 2.0 - 'Phoenix'" section in the History tab of the app's Info window appears unformatted (with the two hash signs appearing in front).

I assume that it's generated from this file, and the only difference I could see with this line was that the anchor was directly above the title line, whereas for other versions there is a blank line in between.
