green hill zone not working and marble not saving

I'm trying to make to edit sonic 1 to have new routes/modified routes and new zones but the level editor is not saving and i cannot access green hill zone
can anyone please tell me why and how to fix because i wanna try to enter this hack into the SHC and also try to be innovative and make sonic 1 even more replayable then it is and add as much content as i can
