Building on Mac ARM is missing support files

There are some instructions here for where to find the files needed to build on ARM, but was looking to see if anyone else has tried to do this yet?

Sorry, the build tool bundle for your platform is outdated and needs recompiling.

You can find the source code at 'build_tools/source_code/'.
Once compiled, copy the executable(s) to 'build_tools/Mac-arm/'.

We'd appreciate it if you could send us your executables in a pull request at
'https://github.com/sonicretro/s2disasm', so that other users don't have this
problem in the future.

Mac ARM build tools would be nice to include. Unfortunately, that platform needs more than just the build tools: it also needs a build of AS. It might be possible to get Flamewing's AS build-bot to support Apple ARM in addition to the usual platforms. I have opened an issue for this.

If possible, we should also get a build-bot of our own for the build tools, so that it is easier to keep them up-to-date (I have to compile them all manually with a bunch of VMs, which is annoying and limits the platforms that I can provide binaries for).
