PinEntity is displayed buried in the ground

Description:

When displaying PinEntity, under certain circumstances, PinEntity is displayed buried in the ground.

Steps to reproduce:

Add a PinEntity to the southern hemisphere or a mountainous area.
Change the angle of view to make sure the PinEntity is always visible.

Also, here is an example of the coordinates of the southern hemisphere to which you would add a PinEntity
longitude = 20.3474992, latitude = -34.1812316

PinEntity should always be visible without being buried in the ground in any case.

Actual behavior:

PinEntity will appear buried in the ground depending on the angle of view.

Possible causes:

PinEntity is always parallel to the viewpoint and faces up.
Therefore, this phenomenon may occur when the viewpoint is displayed in the southern hemisphere or in a mountainous area and viewed from above.
