nmos-cpp-registry.exe - why it does not run ?

Hi guys !
Knowing lees than I should about cpp programming ( since I found of Python :) ), but following the instructions, I've built successfully the .exe on win10@64, using Conan.
I moved the executable to different machines, it runs on win11, also WinServer.... but:
in some cases ( WIn. installations ) the .exe can not start. Better say, it does nothing. In these cases does not open the cli, I can not see any error message os something similar...
...so, in these cases what can be the problem in the background ?

Can you please specify your problem system? BTW, can you build nmos-cpp on your problem system?

The problem system is a win10pro 64 22H2 build:19045.5796 , I've built the .exe on a different machine - what has the same and update version of windows. I know - better say, I "think" - , that in cases like this, may be useful to run the program directly "from code" in the IDE to catch possible errors what are not handled exceptions. There was a machine/system where I've got the same issue, in that case I fixed it successfully installing VC-redist.... but not now. Of course, it can be good to run the .exe on this "problem system", but can be much better to see/understand the reasons behind "my case".

Just saw this. Can't fully follow which system now really is the problematic one cause the first message says: "Used conan on Win10 and copied to Win11 then". Besides the general hint to just start and run if there is Windows around in a case other than gaming, it could be a notarization issue (or whatever the windows term is). Heard from friends working on a project where Windows is a build target that the signing process needed to being able to run on 11 is even more work to setup than the Apple stuff...
