MCP Server returns empty tool list

Hi all, thanks for the hard work with this!
I have been trying to add this MCP server to my ConverseAPI app. Other servers work fine and return a list of tools, but this one returns an empty tool list, there is no error shown..
Would someone have an idea as to why? Can it be an issue with token permissions? Thanks!

Try to run with -vv like $ uvx mcp-atlassian --transport sse --port 9000 -vv

Hi guys! Thanks for the replies. Another thread here put me on the right path.
So my config was setup for JIRA and CONFLUENCE Cloud and our enterprise setup is Data Centered, so I had to use JIRA_PERSONAL_TOKEN instead of JIRA_API_KEY and it worked.

The thing is that using the same setup in both jira and confluence (JIRA_API_KEY and CONFLUENCE_API_KEY) I would get all confluence tools but no jira tools. And only when actually using the confluence tools do I get the 401 authentication error. So this shows some inconsistency on the error management that might warrant some looking into.
