MCP server returns only confluence tools (and no JIRA tools)

Hi

First of all, thanks for working on this MCP server! This is really cool.

I run the server using the provided docker image.
My run command:

docker run --rm -p 9000:9000 \
  -e JIRA_URL="... \
  -e JIRA_API_MAIL="..." \
  -e JIRA_API_KEY="..." \
  -e CONFLUENCE_URL="..." \
  -e CONFLUENCE_USERNAME="..." \
  -e CONFLUENCE_API_TOKEN="..." \
  ghcr.io/sooperset/mcp-atlassian:latest \
  --transport sse --port 9000 -vv

But connecting to the MCP server using inpector, I see only confluence actions, and not jira actions.

Why is that?

Hi, @bbracha-evinced In this case, it's likely that the Jira configuration is not set up correctly. Please check your settings again.

Thanks @sooperset seems there is an issue in the readme regarding jira env vars. The vars should be:
JIRA_URL=https://your-domain.atlassian.net
JIRA_USERNAME=[email protected]
JIRA_API_TOKEN=your_api_token

And not as mentioned in readme.
Once did that - it works well.

@bbracha-evinced glad to hear that you resolved the issue. yes, you need to use jira username instead of mail as described in the readme.
