Unable to choose install folder in 1.3.0 release on Windows?

Hi,

Is this option removed in 1.3.0 release? Even on the continuous build, I was able to choose the install folder.

I try to keep my PC organized. I have a data partition on Windows where I install all my apps, instead of installing them into one of the various program files folders on drive C.

When I changed the installer framework in version 1.3.0, I removed the option to choose the installation folder without giving it much thought. If it's necessary, I'll consider it as a feature request.

It is okay for the default installation behavior, but an option to choose another folder would be good.
