Raycast: store-ready — error handling, updated deps, metadata

- Add version and platforms fields to package.json
- Update all deps (@raycast/api 1.104, eslint-config 2.1, node types 22)
- Add @raycast/utils for showFailureToast
- Add try-catch error handling to all 4 commands
- Migrate to ESLint flat config (eslint.config.mjs)
- Create metadata/ directory for store screenshots
- Fix 6 high severity vulnerabilities (0 remaining)
