[BUG] Scenario display mismatch when getting reconnected

When we somehow stop and reconnect locally, the displayed settings will stay the same as the one before stop. However the internal state should be the default one.
To reproduce, choose a setting different from the default one. On console stop and restart, then run when getting connected.

The problem may be caused by browser cache. @XuhuiZhou Any idea?

how big is the problem, can we solve it later?

Not that important since one can always refresh in development stage
