Bump jpeg-js and playwright in /front-end

Removes [jpeg-js](https://github.com/eugeneware/jpeg-js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [playwright](https://github.com/Microsoft/playwright). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `jpeg-js`

Updates `playwright` from 1.21.1 to 1.26.1
