No shortcuts new tab

My Checklist:

• I've looked at the FF Ultima Wiki.
• 🟠 My Browser is Firefox (Default).
• 🟣 My Browser is Firefox (Nightly).
• 🔵 My Browser is Firefox (Beta/Developer).
• ⚪ My Browser is Librewolf (fork).
• My OS (operating system) is Windows.
• My OS (operating system) is Linux.
• My OS (operating system) is Mac.
• My Browser is on the latest version.

The Issue:

I have no more of those shortcuts that appear in the middle of the screen on new tab, I cant find a way to reactivate them.

try to disable the search bar, in the settings, home, and Firefox Home Content, you uncheck the web search, i think this works, but its really not my fav setting, i love my search bar on new tab. we have same problem after updating the firefox new update.

if you forgot where the shortcut button, in the bottom right, customize or pencil icon, that's have shortcut button and rows setting

Both are fine on my end. Firefox 149 with Windows 10. Does it happen in a fresh profile and which version of Firefox are you currently on?

im currently using Version 148.0 (64-bit) with windows 11, and i check on the update page, i was on the latest update here, but the issue is appear after i updating to that version. about profile, i don't seems that's the problem, because i was installing in right folder.
