Build the translation model

Figure out which translation framework/library will be used to build the NMT model.
Our options are:

• Keras
• Tensorflow
• PyTorch
• OpenNMT

Mostly we will go with seq2seq model.

Two models will be tried:

1. PyTorch Transformer based
2. CNN based

The best one will be taken forward.
