blender 3.2

hi it seems blender 3.2 is not recognizing the (cc3-blender-tools-plugin-1.05.zip ) when I go to install after i click install add-on and try to find it. It doesn't show up (enabled add-ons only) are unchecked as well. is there anyway to fix this?
