Upgrade to Yarn v4 and prune Dependencies

Description

• Yarn v1.22.22 => v4.8.1
• Remove dependencies: dayjs events os tslib url
• Remove dev-dependencies: @types/dom-mediacapture-record acorn-jsx
• Moved postinstall-postinstall from dependencies to dev-dependencies
