Default state after re-opening VS Code is confusing #33
Description
After closing and reopening VS Code and clicking the "Source Academy" button on the left, I get:
The Source Academy pane does not get started on the right. The only way I can get it started is to go to some assessment:
Can we start the Source Academy pane whenever Source Academy is started in VS Code?
