Ignore whitespace mandatory with latest release

hi all!
with the latest release all my repos show differences by whitespaces, I have manual to disable the ignore for each file..
why this happened now?
is there a way to make a general (or at least by repo) property?

I see, but I have to do each time on every single file
anyway the question is one step above: why with the latest release happens this?
with 2025.13 it works fine (no withespaces shown in the diff page)

I've pushed a new commit that supports to enable --ignore-cr-at-eol in diff by default. In next release, you can enable it from Preferences window.
