rel: Include Sourcegraph 5 Release 9 Patch 1 in releases.mdx (#753)

We should only merge this in once the release is completed.

page](https://www.notion.so/sourcegraph/Sourcegraph-Releases-eee2a5384b0a4555adb51b439ddde35f?pvs=4)
should also be updated to include this, maybe?
