Build(deps): Bump diff and npm (#70)

Removes [diff](https://github.com/kpdecker/jsdiff). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [npm](https://github.com/npm/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `diff`

Updates `npm` from 10.8.1 to 11.7.0
