fix the homepage navbar on mobile screens

the navbar of homepage is not responsive on device with width 320px

Hey! 👋 I'd love to work on this issue.

I'll fix the navbar layout to make it responsive for small screens (like 320px width). Planning to use CSS media queries to make the links stack vertically or adjust layout for better visibility on mobile.
