Feature Description

Currently, when a user hovers over a course card, the heading (card-title) color remains white. This issue proposes updating the CSS so that only the heading color changes on hover, while the icon color remains unchanged.

Use Case

When users hover over a course card, the heading should highlight with a distinct color (e.g., theme color) to indicate interactivity. The icon should retain its original color to maintain design consistency.

Benefits

Improves visual clarity and hover feedback for users without affecting the icon styling. It keeps the interface clean and consistent, enhancing the overall user experience.
