Implement an FAQ Bot to Answer Common User Questions

Currently, users visiting LearnHubb have no direct way to get answers to common questions such as "Are courses free?", "How are courses structured?", or "Who is behind this project?". This can lead to uncertainty and may cause users to leave before exploring the content.

This issue proposes the creation of a simple, non-intrusive FAQ bot to provide instant answers to these predefined questions. The goal is to improve user experience by offering immediate support without distracting from the primary learning journey.
