[Enhancement]: Improve Footer UI with Center Alignment, Background, and Text Visibility

Description

Currently, the footer looks a bit unbalanced. The text alignment and background color do not provide enough visual clarity, which affects readability and overall design consistency.

Expected Behavior

• The footer should be center-aligned for better symmetry.
• The background color should be updated to match the theme of the site and improve contrast.
• The text color and visibility should be improved for readability and accessibility.

Proposed Solution

• Apply center alignment for footer text and elements.
• Use a consistent background color that blends with the website’s design while keeping the footer distinct.
• Improve text contrast with lighter or darker shades depending on the chosen background.
• Ensure responsiveness across devices.

• Creates a more polished and professional look.
• Improves readability and accessibility for all users.
• Maintains design consistency across the site.
