CSS Refactor: Theme-Specific Contrast Fix for Highlighted Text

** Problem Description **

The website currently fails to maintain proper contrast for accent colors when the user switches to the dark theme. Specifically, the red text highlights in the hero section ("Full Stack Development" and "30 Days") look good in the light theme, but become very low contrast against the dark background. This fails to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards (minimum 4.5:1 contrast).

The underlying issue is that the text color is defined without considering the change in the background color.

** Proposed Solution **

1. Updated CSS/Tailwind configuration to define theme-specific colors.

2. Application of the new color variable/class to the highlighted text in the hero section.

3. Confirmation that text contrast passes the accessibility check for both themes.
