Tournament Organizer may want to make a custom ruleset, but if the ruleset were too complex they might just want to make it easier to understand.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add something like Custom ruleset Feature that can be saved as template, so any Tournament Organizer can make their own ruleset then give it to their contestant.
