Missing sources for sourceMaps

The npm package is missing sources (referenced by the source maps). Would it be possible to:

1. remove source maps
2. add sources inline to source maps (https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#inlineSourceMap)
3. add the src dir to package.json#files
